Getting Started with Passwiser

Welcome to Passwiser, your comprehensive Identity & Access Management platform. This document provides essential information for accessing and utilizing our authentication and authorization services.

1. Prerequisites

Before accessing the Passwiser Dashboard, ensure you have:

  • A valid Passwiser account or an official invitation to join an organization
  • Knowledge of your assigned organization and tenant access permissions
  • Appropriate network connectivity and supported web browser
2. Platform Access

To access the Passwiser Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the official Passwiser website
  2. Select the “Login” option from the primary navigation menu
  3. Choose your preferred authentication method:
    • Direct Authentication: Enter your Passwiser credentials (username and password)
    • Social Authentication: Select an approved social login provider and complete the authentication flow

Upon successful authentication, you will be automatically redirected to the Dashboard interface.

Important Notes:

  • Social authentication is processed through the respective provider’s secure infrastructure
  • Passwiser does not store or have access to your social media credentials
  • First-time social authentication will automatically associate your account (subject to administrative permissions)
3. Initial Configuration

During your first access session, you will be prompted to:

  • Select your primary organization from available options
  • Choose the appropriate tenant environment
  • Confirm your access permissions and role assignments

These selections can be modified at any time using the organization/tenant switch control located in the Dashboard header.
