8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Sentry Network Pty Ltd be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
